In case something is wrong with an order, we will do our very best to make it right.
If the jeans that were ordered don’t fit or you are just not happy with the way they look or feel, you may return them within 21 days after purchase, to be exchanged for a different pair, or a full refund.
Refunds will be processed through the same method as the original payment was made.
Returned products must be in new, unused condition, with all tags still attached, and include the original box and/or packaging.
A “RA” (Return Authorization) number must be obtained before product is returned. The RA number may be requested via email: email@example.com,

All return shipments are to be made freight prepaid. COD or freight collect shipments will not be accerpted.
Typically it will take us 2 to 3 days to process a return.
The customer is responsible for the shipping expenses to send jeans back to us, we will pay for the freight back to the customer in case of an exchange.
Merchandise that has been “taken out for a ride” is considered used and cannot be returned. We encourage you to to try on your motorcycle jeans indoors before you ride.
Please do not abuse our exchange policy by ordering multiple sizes of the same item with the intention of returning part of the order.
